This conference is designed to provide your company with maximum exposure and abundant networking opportunities, allowing you to set your display before the event start and allowing it to remain in place until after the conference ends in the afternoon of the second conference day. Attendees will pass in front of your tables outside the general session amphitheater and to and from refreshment breaks each day.
Each exhibit will have:
- One 2.5’ X 6’ table with skirt, no backdrop provided, no useable back wall in most cases.
- If you wish to use a freestanding backdrop/popup, this can be accommodated.
- Each table will have a 110v AC power outlet.
- Storage for additional materials or shipping containers will be available.
- Wireless Internet access is available. SSID and password will be available at the check-in desk.
